My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

My 101 in 1001 days

I got inspired by Kendel's post where she wrote a list of 101 things she wants to do before a certain date. At first it felt a little daunting but i felt i wanted to do one of these lists as well. Basically 101 goals for myself to do in 1001 days... or a bucketlist really :) I dont know if i am going to stick to the 1001 day thing, this is more a type of goals page :):)



  1. Have my own apartment
  2. Get a job/part time job which i enjoy
  3. Run a marathon
  4. Kiss in the rain 6/7/2015
  5. Disconnect from social media and internet for 24 hours
  6. Do an all nighter
  7. Go for a spontaneous night car ride 6/7/2015 (Drove to lappträsket in the north of Sweden)
  8. Get my drivings license
  9. Redesign and edit my blog
  10. Travel to the westcoast of USA
  11. Visit Hawaii, Thailand, Norway, Denmark, Greece... (and many other countries!)
  12. Spend a few weeks in New York (hopefully working/getting paid anyway!)
  13. Keep expanding and improving my social media sites
  14. Get paid for doing what i love
  15. Eat brunch every Sunday for a month
  16. Eat pizza in Italy
  17. Stop biting my nails
  18. Redecorate my room
  19. Get a puppy (another beagle)
  20. Get another tattoo (Dream catcher tattoo... total of 3 now, but more to come) (total of 6 tattoos as of summer 2017)
  21. Go somewhere new/do something new on my own (I.e travel somewhere new on my own) (Moved to Gothenburg and have moved around Gothenburg on my own)
  22. Try all the new Marabou chocolate flavours (Vegan now, so wont be trying all the new flavours.)
  23. Try all the new Ben and jerrys flavours (vegan now, but am excited to try all the vegan flavours!)
  24. Not buy any energy drinks in stores for a whole month
  25. 2 weeks without any energy drinks (only coffee allowed)
  26. Buy my mum dinner in a fancy restauarant and take her on a spa day
  27. Buy my dad a whole season ticket for Chelsea matches
  28. Spend a weekend at a spa
  29. Go sugarfree for a month
  30. Not update Instagram for a whole 24 hours
  31. Not update my blog for 2 whole days WITHOUT feeling guilty or bad for it (8-9th July 2015)
  32. Be able to deadlift with 100kg
  33. Be able to deadlift with 130kg
  34. Be able to do 10 pull ups
  35. Be able to do 10 chin ups
  36. Go on a shopping spree where i dont need to look at the price at all
  37. Watch 2 films in the cinema after each other
  38. Go for a run in the night/early morning 
  39. Donate blood
  40. Go back to the CF clinic in Ireland (and say hi!)
  41. Run a race and raise money for CF awareness
  42. Read 50 books 
  43. Be able to do the splits again
  44. Rewatch ALL the friends episodes
  45. Try 5 alcoholic drinks at T.G.I.F
  46. Go a month without chocolate (stupid goal... but i need to challenge myself a little anyway!)
  47. Take surfing lessons (While on holiday in Lisabon)
  48. Eat cheesecake in the cheesecake factory
  49. Try Dunkin donuts
  50. Run in Central park
  51. Run a race in New York
  52. Run Nike womens half marathon
  53. Ride a segway
  54. Ride on a motorcycle 
  55. Workout in Gold's gym in L.A
  56. See the Hollywood sign for myself
  57. Go on a hot air balloon
  58. Visit Liseberg in Gothenburg 29/6/2015
  59. Go vegan for a week Now full time/plant based/vegan lifestyle
  60. Kiss under a mistletoe
  61. Kiss on the 00.00 of New years eve 
  62. Learn to tie a tie
  63. Write my CV  (.... havent done this yet!) 3/7/2015 (Finally, hahahah)
  64. Hike up a mountain
  65. Go a month without diet soda
  66. Sit in silence for 60 minutes (can read/write - but not sleeping, no music, no computer, no series)
  67. Make myself 5 green smoothies (summer 2017)
  68. Begin raw food baking again
  69. Eat french toast (Vegan style, autumn 2017)
  70. Go another training program to get qualifications
  71. Buy a lottery ticket
  72. Win something from a lottery ticket
  73. Say yes to 5 things i would usually say no to
  74. Say yes to everything for a whole 24 hours  (this could go terribly wrong, but usually i say yes to most things anyway!)
  75. Play hide and seek in Ikea
  76. Make a 3 course meal for my family/friends
  77. Take photos in a photobooth
  78. Make successful macarons
  79. Make a 'my day' vlog
  80. Make a video when i bake something
  81. Bungee jump
  82. Do something at 2am in the morning (Netflix counts right... haha, but i do want to actually do something during 2am, that isnt just watching movies/series)
  83. Go to a dessert buffet 
  84. Eat only breakfast food for a whole day
  85. Go dairy free for a week
  86. Dye the ends of my hair pink
  87. Run a race at Disney world/land
  88. Pass all my complementary courses
  89. Pie someone in the face
  90. Crack an egg on someone's head
  91. Spend a whole day baking (6-8 hours)
  92. Create my own raw food cake recipe
  93. Try chicken and chocolate (Wont be doing this as i no longer eat chicken)
  94. Try a shisha pipe
  95. Go on a really long zip line 
  96. Sleep on the beach
  97. Try skittles vodka 
  98. make a Nutella cake
  99. spray whipped cream dirrctly into my mouth 
  100. Put vanilla pudding into an empty mayonnaise jar and eat it with a spoon in public 
  101. Make a rainbow cake (my birthday)

106. Lie on the ground in the middle of a big road  6/7/2015 (Middle of the night, in the rain i lay down on a 90km/hr road XD)

108. Try nutella vodka shots
109. Play drinking games
110. Get into university
