Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

If you have any questions leave them in the comment section as i am much quicker at answering there, otherwise you can always send an email: lifewithoutanorexia@hotmail.com

"Remember that the reason you're doing this is to make YOUR life better" not your kids lives as child support is meant for. Quit buying your new boy toy new trucks, new truck tires, a riding lawnmower, a rowing machine, endless numbers of smokers and grills...I can go on and on and on and on:
The elements of self-care. #regramlove @purushapeople #selfcare #iamwellandgood:
Most people don't understand they want the person you use to be back and I'll never be her again:
Relapse does not erase your Successes of Recovery. This is so hard for me to comprehend and understand because every time in relapse I feel like I've failed.:
Note to self: treat yourself the way you would treat a small child. Feed yourself healthy food and make your you spend time outside, put yourself to bed early, let yourself take naps, don't say mean things to yourself, don't put yourself in danger. Your skull and your heart are still as fragile as eggshells #loveyourself:
Quote on eating disorders: Losing weight is not your life's work, and counting calories is not the call of your soul you surely are destined for something much greater. www.HealthyPlace.com:
