Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Vegan meal ideas - new recipes

Its been a long time since ive posted any vegan meal recipes (apart from my own pictures), but when i saw all these recipes and pictures i felt I had to share them with you. Maybe it inspires you try some of these dishes or get creative in the kitchen. I am the type of person who eats the same thing a little too often and isnt so creative, which is due to many factors such as time and budget, so i cant buy so many different ingredients or have the time to make lots of fancy dishes. But i want to try atleast once a week to try something new and different and i might just start with one of these dishes!
Recipe links at the bottom!

  1. these look absolutely mouth watering! The lentil chilli especially looks great :)
I think we should all make the effort to be a bit more creative in the kitchen otherwise its so easy to fall into the habit of having the same meals week in week out - when theres loads of new dishes and tastes to be discovered! I too am guilty of this so I am going to make a real effort to make time for doing something different like you suggest once a week. Maybe we can share our "discoveries"?
