Burgers - Filling can be whatever your favourites are!!

Pasta with oven roasted chickpeas and guacamole
Oven roasted vegetables! Top with your favourite suace and add some tofu or beans or soy meat for protein.

Your food always looks so yummy! I'm one of those people who buys in bulk and eats the same things everyday for weeks haha. I don't get tired of it, and it works for me. Especially since I'm so busy with school and studying most days.

How do you cook your kale? I`ve heard you can roast it - have you ever done this?
