Life without Anorexia
My motto is 'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'
My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.
I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.
I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

The overnight oats recipe looks divine!!! I'll definitely need to try that :)
ReplyDeleteI've tried overnight oats several times... but nothing beats freshly cooked oats hahaha!
DeleteThis all looks wonderful! This is a bit of a random question, but were you involved in any sports in your school before university. If you weren't would you want to be and what sport.
ReplyDeleteNo I wasn't.... I've never been so active within school activities or extra curricular activities!! I did however play basketball for my school team when I lived in Ireland and I did play different matches and was rather good... but since then I haven't!! I did however want to start a running group while I was in high school but I didn't feel I had the time or energy to try to start a group as well as not wanting to be the "leading coach" so I never did that. But I'm sure it would have been fun if I did.
DeleteI love the idea of Brussel sprouts and sweet potato - one to try for sure as sprouts are my favourite at the moment :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting these!
It was sooo delicious! If only brussel sprouts and sweet potatoe were always in season!
DeleteSweet potato are available all year round here in the UK - not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing though, I mean surely all veg has a season?
Deletecould you post your recipe for kale and onion pie? Thankyou!
ReplyDeleteOh I'll see if I can find the recipe link!!!
