My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.
I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.
I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

If you learn to cope and change your thoughts life will be easier and much more appreciated
I dont think it hurts to have some reminders in recovery? To remember that even though it may be tough and scary it is worth it in the end. But also to remember that recovery isnt about numbers its not about eating X calories or weighing X kg, its about changing your life to a healthier and more balanced one, its about reaching a healthy mindset and finding healthy coping mechanisms. In the end anyone can gain weight or eat a certain amount of calories but that doesnt dictate whether you are recovered or not. You need to focus on your mind and facing your fears. Dont compare your recovery to anyone else instead focus on what is best for YOU, what choices you need to make to be the healthiest and happiest version of YOU!!! Fight your fears and let go of the control, things will be ok and you can keep going!! Recovery is worth it i promise!!! Creating a life you love and learning how to cope is what will make you appreciate life and feel happy, because unfortunatly life isnt amazing just because you recover, however if you MAKE IT amazing and learn how to cope with stress and difficult situations, then you can find the positives in each day and feel that life is amazing despite difficult siutations!!!
