Life without Anorexia
My motto is 'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'
My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.
I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.
I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Self esteem boost and positivity
This morning i wanted to write and say that you shouldnt forget how wonderful and amazing you are! If nobody has said it to you today, stop and say it to yourself. Remind yourself that you are amazing just the way you are, that you are beautiful just the way you are, that you are an awesome person who has many positive things about yourself.
Take some moments to just be positive about yourself. Remind yourself that you are a wonderful person and nobody has the right to bring you down or to try to make you feel like you are any less wonderful.
I may not know any of you, but i think you are all so wonderful and kind. And also i think you are all SO STRONG. We are all fighting different battles in our lives and it isnt always easy. But the fact that you may be online looking for recovery inspiration is atleast the first step. But so many of you are everyday fighting for recovery and health, or fighting for recovery from another illness or just ploughing through your life, uncertain of what you want to do or have other struggles such as addictions, economical problems, family or relationship problems. And its all tough, but you are strong enough to get through them, no matter what your struggles are.
I want you all to know that you are amazing - and i dont need to know you to say that. But because every person is wonderful and beautiful and it's time that we all realise that. That we take time to be kind to ourselves, to raise our own self esteem and confidence and dare to smile and be happy about ourselves and not let a negative voice in our mind convince us of anything else!
Write down 5 positive things about yourself and even if you have to "fake it till you make it", i hope that one day you can look in the mirror and be at peace with your body, but most of all be at peace with your mind. And that you can begin to love yourself, both your insides and your physical appearance!!!
