My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.
I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.
I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Full day of vegan eating (yesterday)
After a request about more vegan food diaries, here is what i ate yesterday. I am often asked how a "typical day of eating" is and i can never answer that question because it varies so much. Somedays i eat 4 meals other days i eat 8 meals. Somedays i eat 1kg apples for a snack and other days i eat chickpeas and nuts for a snack and other days its oatmeal with banana and peanut butter. Just like dinners vary alot as well but at the moment its alot of lentils and chickpeas and potatoes... lots of potatoes, haha!! I dont count, weigh or track what i eat. I just eat when im hungry and sometimes more just because the food is so good!! Yesterday wasnt a very varied day of eating, but i pretty much just eat similar food and what i have at home which is very limited!
Breakfast: 2 dl oatmeal with cacao powder and a banana
Snack/post walk: 6 crisp bread with spread and vegan cheese & 2 brownie pieces.
Lunch: chickpeas, baked potatoes, kale, peanuts and oat cream. (mixed together)
Snack: 1/2 lenny and Larry cookie & 4 clementines & handful of peanuts.
Dinner: Red lentils, chickpeas, oatcream, 2 clementines, a banana and salted peanuts.
Night snack: 1/2 lenny and Larry cookie, 1 brownie piece, 1 clementin and remaining peanuts from the bowl
