My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.
I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.
I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Life and recent eats
Update from me! havent had so much time or motivation or inspiration to write recently - so then i havent. I dont see the point of writing just for the sake of writing... i rather write posts when inspiration strikes or when i want to share something or just write for my own sake. Whether its sharing valuable quotes which might be helpful, sharing recipes or when i need to rant about something or write for my own sake. And then of course try to answer your questions or comments.
I love blogging, but it definitely isnt easy, and sometimes blogging and social media is a little overwhelming. Especially as i get emails daily on two different email accounts, i get asked questions via facebook, via DM's on instagram and even get recovery questions asked via my snapchat... so at times it gets too much. I would love to answer all your questions and help you all but that would be more than a full time job to answer all the questions i get, so at the moment i am just trying my best with my blog - and even on my blog im not doing that great of a job. hahaha.
But blogging should be fun.. its something i do in my freetime and when i feel like it, so i am trying to not put pressure on myself to always blog or always be updated or answer every single question i get, because that type of thinking and pressure is what makes social media not fun and makes it something stressful and adds stress into my life. Instead of social media being something positive and something i enjoy - which it is now when i dont pressure myself to always update or answer every single question i get on all my social media.
But anyway, moving on... i just felt i had to write that little bit first and let you all know, if you are wondering why i dont always reply - i dont always have time to reply.
This past week has been a relatively good week, it has mostly consisted of studying and trying to not get sick. But today i feel so much better, both physically (i.e no cold) as well as mentally feeling happier. My test was done yesterday (always get so much anxiety after my test, and i actually woke up at 3am this morning and began stressing over whether i had answered the questions wrong or whether i would pass the test and just feeling anxious. Its so silly and not a great thing to wake up in the middle of the night anxious because of a test... i mean ive done all i can. No need to worry now.) I still have two more weeks of this course left and another test in 2 weeks time which im already a little stressed about, but all i can do is my best. I still have 2,5+ years of school and tests to do, i need to learn to cope sooner rather than later!!
Otherwise... im looking foward to my birthday in a months time because my dad and step brother are travelling to Gothenburg to spend the weekend of my birthday with me, as well as my mum travelling here as well! And ive also checked up different cafes that serve vegan cake, so i am going to make sure to get myself a slice... or a whole vegan cake for my birthday, hahaha! Or i might make my own one, depending on the cost of the ingredients XD
Anyway, today i have spent in bed watching series as well as doing my laundry and cleaning the kitchen. Taking a mental rest day from school work, and will be back on the study train tomorrow!!

Roast vegetables (oil, garlic and salt), with soymeatballs and kale as well as a bunch of nuts and raisins and ice cream!!
Yesterdays dinner - Battered cauliflower in pita bread with roast vegetables and kale!
Todays left over lunch!!
My snack from today - oatmeal with soyprotein mixed with cacao powder, banana and peanut butter and 1/2 bagel with mashed sweet potatoe and "caramelized" banana!!
Simple and wholesome food. And getting a whole bunch of vitamins and minerals and macros throughout the day. Its so important to fuel yourself and eat enough no matter if you are out and about all day or spending the whole day inside!
