Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

I vlogged my day yesterday - and some of the meals i ate!

Back to vlogging and trying to get used to talking to a camera... i wish it felt natural as i have so much i want to say and so much to talk about (guess that happens when you dont do alot of talking in real life!). But it feels so unnatural at first to place a camera somewhere and begin talking to it, or sitting in a park and talking to a camera... but not to mention, all that talking could end up wtih a 2 hour long video, so need to try to keep the talking to a minimum and just to the most relevant, haha!!

Below is my vlog from yesterday :)

  3. I've never commented before, but now I just have to. This vlog is so great and you are so cool and sweet. I really love your blog and its really helpful! Have a nice day, Izzy :) <3

  4. Fantastic blog - nice to see how you spent your day! Good to hear the test went well, now you can put it behind you and enjoy the weekend :)
When you are at the gym have you a set routine in mind that you follow or do you just do what you feel like? Your exercises look pretty impressive and I can see why you enjoy it so much - working out like that must give you quite a buzz? Where did you learn what to do?
Thanks for putting your vlog together, I loved watching it. Hope you have a lovely weekend:)
