As you may have noticed with my blog the past while it isnt just about eating disorders anymore, but instead it has branched out to other things as well, which i love! I know that pretty much all of my readers are suffering/have suffered with an eating disorder, so you are here to read my blog and get advice and help to recover from an eating disorder. And i want to try my best to do that - answer your questions, give advice and just try to inspire and motivate you to want to choose recovery. To inspire you to want to be healthy and free and to know that weight gain isnt the end of the world, and that you wont be "nothing" without your eating disorder, but most of all.... that life and happiness is possible after an eating disorder!
But recently there are other things in my life which i want to blog about as well. Blog about depression and depression recovery (becuase it is one thing to be depressed due to an eating disorder/malnutrition, and another thing to have "everything" in life and have a good life but still be depressed... its not the same type of depression according to me), but also veganism, sustainaibility and just life in general.
I love helping people and love knowing i make a difference in the world or within people. That brings me so much joy... so hearing that i have inspired people to want to eat more vegan meals or actually give veganism a go makes me SO happy... knowing i have made a difference. But also if i can blog about things like sustainability, things that everyone can do in their life to make a difference to the planet (of course i am not perfect, i leave the water running sometimes, i leave the fridge door open a little too long sometimes, and i still buy food with palmoil... so i am no angel, but i try my best and that is the important thing!).
I want to branch out and inspire you in different ways. Inspire you to want to be healthy, want to be happy and to never give up no matter what you are struggling with. Want to inspire you to find balance and even inspire people to enjoy exercise. So many people force themselves to exercise and hate it, but that SHOULDNT be the case... .exercise should be fun, it should give you endorphines and you should feel happy!! And also inspire you to eat balance and healthy for YOU... what is healthy for one person might not be healthy for the other, so i want YOU to find YOUR OWN healhy diet and listen to your own body to know what is best for you :)
Life is about more than just calories, food, weight, execise, body image.... so i think that by blogging about other things or even blogging about my days/life can show you that there is more to life than worrying about your stomach or your bloating stomach. Get you focusing on other things in life and also get you inspired to be healthy!
My blog will just be a mix of things which i think are important to blog about. Eating disorders and help and advice, about mental illness, self esteem and confidence, body image dysmorphia, veganism, sustainability, depression and depression help, positivity, my life, being scared of the future, school motivation, life motivation etc etc And then some vlogs and videos here and there :)
I like the mix and i am learning to post for my own sake and not just for the sake of blogging. I should enjoy blogging and not worry so much about whether it will be liked ornot, but blog when i have something to share!
