Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Answering your questions part 2 vlog

Just realised now that i hadnt uploaded the second video of me answering your questions. It has gone far too many weeks now and i just havent had the time to film, however i made this video the same time i filmed the previous one, but just never got around to uploading it to Youtube. And when i finally uploaded it to Youtube (no editing done on this video, and i havent watched it either... so cant remember what questions i answered or how i answered!), i never actually publised the video on my blog/made it public!

So finally.... answering some of the questions i recieved and hopefully i will answer the rest of the questions in another vlog soon!!

  1. Yay another video, haha. I liked it! You do seem genuinely happy talking about how you' re managing your life and everything :) Great to hear that!
Also I get your struggle on the dog treats so much but i was so happy to find some vegan dog treats in the pet shop the other day!! My dog likes them a lot :D Btw, dogs are infact omnivores as far as I know. That' s why they can be fed a vegan diet. Cats however are true carnivores and they'll most likely die on a vegan diet.. My family isn't vegan so we do feed our animals (good quality, no salty shit or some cheap brand) packaged dried food. I' m not sure what i'll choose in the future to give to my dog (if i'll own one anyway) but I do own a cat already so that's actually not so good being a vegan hahah. Well my cat can't help that :p

  2. Great video - thanks for taking the trouble to make and post it :)
Nice to see you looking so well, happy and enjoying life!
