Life without Anorexia
My motto is 'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'
I am a generally happy girl who loves running, going to the gym and eating food!! Though my life has been very different.
I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia & purging tendencies & over exercising. I was depressed and self harmed. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
After alot of struggles, lots of ups and downs, suicide attempts, tears, anxiety, panic and never thinking i would be healthy.
I am now declared healthy from anorexia nervosia.
I have been blogging for 4 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.
I am happy and healthy and living my life. Going to school, meeting friends and trying to find myself in this world.
I write about my daily life, but also try to write posts about how it was when i was sick, advice and tips.

Vegan meal/snack ideas
Baked avocado with filling
Vegetable/tofu mix with lentils and of course bread on the side!
Bread with peant butter and banana - or any other topping you like!
Cereal bowls i.e all the cereal you like & milk/yoghurt and add some fruit and peanut butter!
Home made burgers (can make black bean burgers, chickpea burgers, beetroot burgers, quinoa burgers etc) and of course some form of fries on the side!!
Home made sushi!
Pasta dishes with all the extras you like such as tofu, vegan cheese, vegetables, sauces, olives, nuts, etc etc
Vegan pizza - and add vegan cheese and all the toppings you like!
Falafels - can be eaten with lots of extras such as rice and vegetables and sauce, or in a pite bread orin burger buns or wraps :)
Pulled jack fruit burgers!
Nacho plates - necessity with guacamole and a garlic sauce!!
Sweet potatoe or pumpkin soup! Or any other type of soup!
Quesadillas - with any filling you like!
Filled sandwiches - with all the fillings you like!!!
Pasta bowls with all your favourite extras and of course a sauce!
Potatoe salad - can make creamy or non creamy!
Bread with peanut butter and jam/jelly (i.e choose jam or jelly which are vegan friendly!)
Baked sweet potatoe with filling
Tacos/wraps with filling!
