Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

If you have any questions leave them in the comment section as i am much quicker at answering there, otherwise you can always send an email: lifewithoutanorexia@hotmail.com

Things i am looking forward to in life

It is important to be optimistic and see the positives about the future, have things to loook forward to, even if they are just dreams or goals!

I am looking forward to travelling!!! When economy and time are in the right place then i want to travel and see the world.

I am looking forward to having a family reunion in 10 years time when myself and my siblings will all have different careers and most likely live in different parts of the world and can have stories and life experiences to share! (Of course me and my older sister will always have some form of good contact, but i dont have so much contact with my younger half brother and little to no contact with my step sister, so hopefully we can all have a reunion when we are older and catch up!)

I am looking forward to trying lots of vegan food in different restaurants/vegan restaurants all over the world!!!

I am looking forward to having my own apartment with a super modern kitchen where i have all the kitchen items i need for baking and cooking!!! And not to mention a huge fridge and freezer so that i can keep all the things i bake in there and have room for lots of food!

I am looking forward to someday running a half marathon again - hopefully!

I am looking forward to graduating from university - though not looking forward to all the exams and essays that will have to be written to actually graduate, hahah.

I am looking forward to all the information i will learn from my university studies!

I am looking forward to hopefully travelling around USA sometime in my life and particularly the west coast!!

I am looking forward to being able to help more people in the future and help people find balance and health in their lifestyle.

I am looking forward to my parents maybe buying a summer house/cottage somewhere in the country where we can spend summers at!

I am looking forward to visiting Disneyworld in Florida (?) and maybe running the disney half marathon or disney 10k.... I also know they have some type of challenge where you run 5km, 10km, 21km and 42km within 2 or 3 days... or something like that. Seems like a fun but very tough challenge!

I am looking forward to earning my own money and working!

I am looking forward to completing Tough viking or a similar obstacle course race some day.

So much more i am looking forwad to, such as all the new music that will be created, all the new films, all the new experiences and adventures i have in life!!!

It is such a positive start to the day to just think about positive things! What can happen in life and what you are looking forward to and all the amazing experiences and adventures which can happen in life.

At times life can seem boring and like nothing happens, but then think about what you want to experience in life and what can happen if you work towards those, even if it takes years for them to actually become reality.

Share things YOU are looking forward to!! Feel positive about the future and what inspires you and motivates you to keep going each day and work towards your dreams and goals!
