Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

  2. How are you, Izzy? :)

    1. You are so sweet for asking :) Yesterday was a pretty terrible day, but today is a new day and i am going to make today a great day!!! So first up a delicious coffee and some online work! I hope you have a lovely day :)

    2. Well I miss your personal posts and since I've followed your blog for several years, it feels like I know you and I do care about you, even if you don't know who I am! :) Sad to hear that you had a rough day, how are you coping on those days? Do you write down your thoughts or talk to someone? I really recommend you to go see a therapist or someone who can help you with the mental part and everything thats going on in your head. Did you get any help with this from Mando? Take care :)
