My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Vlog tomorrow - ask me questions/my opinion

So i thought.... it has been a while since i have done a vlog and well, i want to add some more personality to my blog :) So why not do a video blogg where maybe i can answer some questions or give my opinion on things or something like that :) That is if i even get any questions..... otherwise i might just sit there and talk about something random, who knows!! But i thought there has been alot of advice posts and such and i wanted to add in some "me at the moment" element to my vlog.

So ask me questions or anything :) And hopefully i'll get time to make it on Friday or the weekend!! :)


  1. How many times do you workout a week? Do you have any goals with your exercise? Do you have any plans for summer?

  2. Do you want to travel in summer? What countries do you want to visit? Do you want to move from sweden ? What's your opinion on the debate about putting tax on food with lots of sugar?

  3. Are you enjoying university so far? What's the best thing about your course? What have been the biggest surprises? X.

How many times you rest a week from exercise? , do you have any sport related goals? , how do you plan your exercise routine and how often do you change it? and What is your opinion and advice on exercise and nutrition when having a condition thats affects your body and is genetic? (I know that you also have CF and have respiratory and digestive problems).

    1. I would also like to know about your "new" life. How is it living in a new city? How is your relationship with your roommates? What are the pros and cons of studying in a uni and living on your own? And finally, how are you coping with everything mentally? I know you had a hard time last year, is you mental health improved and what have you done about it?

    Now that I've been blogging for a bit, I always look to you for inspiration and it'd be great to hear more about how you like to write your posts, and what you'd like to do more of.

    Also, I know you've mentioned Netflix in a few of your personal posts. What do you like to watch? Any recommendations?

  13. How do you cope with triggers? I know you don't really find things triggering for ED stuff any more, but surely everyone has things that trigger unhelpful behaviours of some kind? I've used the search button and you've given some really helpful links to advice pages and so on, but nothing came up particularly at once about what YOU do, and I wonder - especially now that the triggers and the behaviours are probably different ones from before? You don't have to answer! I was just wondering :-)
