I think it's important with reminders and these types of reminders. It's tough to recover and there are many challenges but it gets easier. The struggles you face now won't always be a struggle. You think you can't get through it, but you can. The pain, the anxiety, the fear..m you can push through it.
And remember, food is necessary. Food is necessary for survival. Eating food is not just about weight gain or weight loss, it is for function. Having a healthy and functioning body, a happy body. A slice of cake won't harm you and won't make you gain weight, neither will that bowl of oatmeal and peanut butter for breakfast. You don't need to earn food, your body needs it everyday. So don't forget to eat and don't starve your body, instead starve your eating disorder.
You can get through the struggle and you will become stronger for it!
