My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Photo an hour - 24/ January 2016

Woke up at 7am :
True transparency and got ready

8am: travelling to the gym (takes about 45 minutes)

9am: at the gym and cardio while studying (p.s I don't usually do cardio but I was waiting for my sister to join me at 10 so I thought I might as well study while on the stair master and finished with some treadmill walking )

10am: deadlift training and finished with a 20 minute AMRAP!

11am: stretching and finally done
(pre workout photo.) And p.s i dont recommend doing such long workouts and dont recommend doing both cardio and strength at the same time. But this was a once off ;)

12pm: brunch,  round one

(P.s there was a round two, but it was not so photogenic XD)

1pm: dessert

I was supposed to be "Natural" so i wasnt allowed to do the peace sign.... instead i just look even more awkward as i didnt know what to do with my hand XD
(I ate two waffles with cream & the chocolates and small cake pieces!)

2pm: home time (no photos so instead you get 6 of my recently saved and favourite screenshots!) And i know its supposed to be one picture... hahah

^^What i want for valentines... a beagle puppy and money XD

3pm: Netflix and green tea

4pm: Blogging

5pm: Washed my hair, moisturized, face mask and then some tea and netflix

6pm: I dont actually know what i did this hour... netflix, cleaned the kitchen, spent some time talking with my family XD

7pm: Made myself dinner (I eat the weirdest thigns when i eat on my own... this isnt even the weirdest combination!): (Quorn meatballs, peas, sweet corn, salted nuts, flaxseeds, beetroots and cottage cheese & then some crisp bread afterwards)

8pm: Cleaned my room (hate starting a new week with a messy room).

Now however my stomach is in lots of pain... i ate foods at the brunch which i should be avoiding at the moment, but i decided to disregard that fact.... and just like the past few months, the pain catches up with me. So the rest of the evening will just be spent lying in bed with lots of stomach pain :( But atleast i know it should mostly be gone by tomorrow morning anyway.

P.s know that i havent written everything i have done each hour ;) I have had some "Inbetween nibbles/snacks" and done other things... i mean i dont watch netflix a whole hour, i might watch 15 minutes and then go off and do something else and then come back and watch another 15 minutes etc :):)


  1. i love these posts, you should also do a video vlogg, would love to see that. also just a question, do you not find it awkward to take photos of food? or when you are out, do you worry about people staring at you or asking someone to take pictures of you? just wondering because sometimes i want to picture my meal but i worry what others will think. hope you feel better soon and the pain passes.
