Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Food diary

As I've been asked if I can do food diaries more often here is my intake for today:

Breakfast: proteinfluff made with rasberries, almost 2dl casein, egg whites and milk & even more berries and vanilla yoghurt.

Snack: big bowl of vegetables (frozen ones heated up) & 3/4 of a huge round crisp bread topped with spread.

Lunch: roast potatoes with crushed tomatoes and most likely 200g salted peanuts

Snack: protein waffles and a big bowl of vanilla yoghurt with lots of muslie

Pre workout snack: slice of my birthday cake

Night snack: 2 types of popcorn (bags), tofu, 2 eggs, 2 squares of chocolate and yoghurt with muslie

So this was my intake for today. Every day is different. For example today I ate alot of meals while other days I just eat 3 or 4 times. I don't count calories or macros I eat when I'm hungry and what I'm craving, hence why I ate a bowl of vegetables for a snack as that was what I was craving!!! :)
