After a 5 year struggle with anorexia (with purging tendencies), depression, self harm and over exercising I have now been recovered from my eating disorders and exercise addiction for 3 years. Though currently struggling with depression and trying to find my happy self again!

I am a generally happy girl who loves running, going to the gym and eating food!! Though my life has been very different.
I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia & purging tendencies & over exercising. I was depressed and self harmed. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
After alot of struggles, lots of ups and downs, suicide attempts, tears, anxiety, panic and never thinking i would be healthy.
I am now declared healthy from anorexia nervosia.
I have been blogging for 4 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.
I am happy and healthy and living my life. Going to school, meeting friends and trying to find myself in this world.
I write about my daily life, but also try to write posts about how it was when i was sick, advice and tips.

What i ate today
I was asked if i could write more "what i ate" posts, or more... begin writing them again. I had completely forgotten about these as i thought they might be too triggering but i will give this a trial run again, maybe once every second week or once a week, who knows. I dont really think about what i eat or even remember what i eat in a day for that matter. But if it something that interests readers i can write out what i ate now and again. It doesnt trigger me and isnt a problem, so as long as i dont get too many negatives then i will do them from time to time :)
Breakfast: Pancakes with peanut butter, raspberries, coconut shreds and small chocolate hearts & BCAA.
Late snack: 250 g gingerbread quark, gignerbread hearts, chocolate hearts (from Norway!) & raspberries and blueberries.
Late lunch: 2 fried eggs & egg whites, 2 slices of bread, quorn fillets and peas.
Dinner: Beetroot, brocolli and potatoe soup (my mum made) topped with natural yoghurt & 4 crisp bread with spread and potatoe salad.
Snack (cinema): I am going to buy a box of raspberries and blueberries as well as a bag of coconut oil popcorn and maybe some salted nuts.
&Throughout the day - water,coffee and some sugar free caramels!
This was my day of eating today.... of course everyday is different somedays i eat more, somedays i eat less and this was how i ate today :) (And as you can tell, i dont take pictures of everymeal i eat!)
