You are not a failure because you ate today.
You are not a failure because you did not workout today.
You are not a failure because you tell more today.
You are not a failure because you ate more than someone else.
You are not a failure because you didn't workout as much/as long as someone else.
Life is not a competition and eating is not a competition. Don't let your eating disorder make you feel worthless because you ate today or because you think you ate too much or ate more than someone else. You are not a failure or worthless for eating or for resting. Food is energy which your body needs. Focus on YOU. Eating disorders are very competitive but know that the goal isn't to eat the least. What type of unhappy goal is that? Eating less than someone else doesn't make you a better person. Eating little won't make you happy or make you better than others. Eating and life are not competitions.
Focus on you and what is best for you!!!
