My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.
I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.
I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Sunday morning waffles and ice cream
Just going to start the post with those pictures.... because, yummmm.
Sunday brunches (or sort of big breakfast/brunches) are one of my absaloute favourite things. To just have lots of things to choose from to eat, and they are all delicious.
On my 100 things to do in 1000 days i think i wrote that i wanted to have/make brunch 4 weekends in a row, maybe starting now..... or maybe not as i dont know what my plans are next Sunday.
Today my plans are to try to get a few work things done and then maybe meet my friends. Though trying to organize to meet friends is such a challenge because everyone has different schedules and some just dont reply until last second etc etc and then for those who are working and studying (or just one) might just want to spend their Sunday at home, which i totally get. So i'll see whether i meet them or not, i suggested that we go to the chocolate and baking fair (because i mean, who doesnt want to go to a chocolate fair?). Though no plans are set in stone, so the most important thing is to get help from my step dad to finish (hopefully) some of these work stuff.
For now, going to let the food digest before i head off and start my day with a short workout - need to balance out all the leg workouts/underbody movement with some upperbody movement/exercise, hahaha. Feeling so unbalanced at the moment. XD
