Life without Anorexia

My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Start your day with positivity

Its Saturday Morning and i just wanted to say i hope you all have a lovely day. Times might not be easy for you, or maybe you are in a period where everything is awesome - then enjoy it completely. Focus on the positives today, even if it is just the smallest of things or maybe your whole day is a super positive day. But start your day in the right way, thinking positive, trying to find something positive about the day and also being kind to yourself. Think positive thoughts about yourself. Say 5 nice things about yourself now (you can even think them and give yourself a little boost of self confidence). Know that if you want things to be different or want things to change, then you have to make things change, you have to change as well. Your current situation is not your final destination. Remember that :) There is so much more to life than what you are experiencing right now, also remember that tomorrow is a new day. Tomorrow could be the best day of your life, so you need to stick around to experience that (and keep repeating this each day.)

Focus on making this a good day, think positive and try your hardest. Saturdays are perfect days to fight some fears and restrictions :):)

Remember, baby steps forward and eventually you will reach your final goal!!
