My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

How my non - posted meals look

When i post my food i only post the food which looks ok, but that is definitely not how all my food looks. Infact my food can look very weird and not that appetizing - but it tastes delicious. So even if it kind of goes against what i want to post, i thought i would show you some of my random non posted pictures of my meals, just so you see that the meals i post isnt everything i eat.

(quorn, hummus, tofu & potatoe salad)

Hopefully now you realise that not everything i eat is posted and often food i post is made to look good. But often when it comes to lunches and dinners i dont always feel like making it look good and such, i just throw things onto a plate and eat - the wya it should be in all honesty!!! :)

Also, dont think that just because i post pictures of protein waffles, eggs, oats etc that that is all i eat. I eat so much more and alot more variation ,its just that i dont always show it. Because well... i eat, i dont document or think about everything i eat. :)

    1. Yeah it was digestive biscuits :) Though it didnt taste as good as i had thought (they are better on their own!). Thank you :):)

  4. Haha, now that I no longer have a recovery instagram, I take a look at my food and wonder if people would think it looks weird. Some times, it is hard to make oatmeal look desirable, ya know?!
