Hopefully now you realise that not everything i eat is posted and often food i post is made to look good. But often when it comes to lunches and dinners i dont always feel like making it look good and such, i just throw things onto a plate and eat - the wya it should be in all honesty!!! :)
Also, dont think that just because i post pictures of protein waffles, eggs, oats etc that that is all i eat. I eat so much more and alot more variation ,its just that i dont always show it. Because well... i eat, i dont document or think about everything i eat. :)
is that crushed cookies in the 3rd picture?! by the way these look yummy! i miss when you used to post your meals a lot and workouts and stuff

DeleteHaha, now that I no longer have a recovery instagram, I take a look at my food and wonder if people would think it looks weird. Some times, it is hard to make oatmeal look desirable, ya know?!
