Below are some of the things that make me feel happy!!
My dog. Just seeing her always makes me so happy, its like whenever you cuddle dogs its hard to not feel atleast a little happy. (As long as you arent allergic or scared of them!)
Good music. Just lying in bed and listening to music.
Going for walks, runs or going to the gym.
Buying myself my favourite food and making a delicious pick and mix snack! Even if it means snacks for lunch or dinner, its my favourite.
Watcing my favourite series or a good film.
Taking a long warm shower or bath.
Drinking delicious drinks meaning vanilla caffe latte, energy drinks, cola zero etc
Cleaning my room - it always seems to make me feel better, it might be the fact that my room always needs to be cleaned!
Looking back at old GOOD pictures which bring back good memories. Though this can also have the opposite effect as you begin feeling bad for feeling bad or you start to miss the past and the present feels even worse. But if you make a folder with some of your favourite, happy memories and pictures that can HELP you and make you feel better!
Bake something delicious!!! It takes your mind off of things and the end result will be awesome :)
