Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

I am a generally happy girl who loves running, going to the gym and eating food!! Though my life has been very different.
I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia & purging tendencies & over exercising. I was depressed and self harmed. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
After alot of struggles, lots of ups and downs, suicide attempts, tears, anxiety, panic and never thinking i would be healthy.
I am now declared healthy from anorexia nervosia.

I have been blogging for 4 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I am happy and healthy and living my life. Going to school, meeting friends and trying to find myself in this world.

I write about my daily life, but also try to write posts about how it was when i was sick, advice and tips.

Things bloggers understand

I recently read a post about "only things bloggers understand" and i noticed myself smiling my way through the list because i could relate to them all, hahaha. And i wouldnt even call myself a "big" blogger, but i do blog everyday so it is part of my life. I am not sure if you can relate to these or not, but here is my list of things "Only bloggers can understand"

1) When you ask your friends/family/partner to take photos of you whenever you do something.

2) When you take photos of your food before you eat it/make your food look really good and then take photos. (Though i try to avoid doing this when i am with friends. But if i am with my family or boyfriend i will do it)

3) When you have to take some time for yourself to sit and blog several times per day/Take a whole day just to schedule blog posts because you know that you wont have time to blog for the next few days

4) That panicked moment when there is no wi-fi

5) When it seems like you have no friends because you don't want to/cant post photos of them

6) When you ask someone to take a photo of you and it turns out blurry.

7) When you get a great blog post idea and you need to excuse yourself to go and write down your ideas

8) When people judge you for blogging and think you are just some cliche teen blogger XD Or think you are too old to blog.

9) When people think you are addicted to your phone/computer and Internet, when in actuality whenever i use my computer or mobile i am likely blogging, emailing or researching. Not just sitting on FB.

10) When your thoughts often lead back to blogging - pictures, what to post, when to post etc
