Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

I am a generally happy girl who loves running, going to the gym and eating food!! Though my life has been very different.
I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia & purging tendencies & over exercising. I was depressed and self harmed. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
After alot of struggles, lots of ups and downs, suicide attempts, tears, anxiety, panic and never thinking i would be healthy.
I am now declared healthy from anorexia nervosia.

I have been blogging for 4 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I am happy and healthy and living my life. Going to school, meeting friends and trying to find myself in this world.

I write about my daily life, but also try to write posts about how it was when i was sick, advice and tips.
I am open and friendly, so dont be scared about writing a post or sending me an email at:

Sunday and a new week

Sunday is over and it's now the third 2eek of August! Time is just flying by, not sure whether it's a good thing or not.  Haha.

Yesterday, the day after the midnight run I woke up feeling a little tired and the only soreness I had was in the side of my calf,  though that is from my insoles so I am not so worried. I didn't do so much yesterday apart from a short workout, food shopping with my family and then a delicious family dinner which doesn't happen so often at my house. :/ so it was nice to eat dinner together. My plans for the evening were to join my friends and go to an outside cinema but as some of my friends were working or had school the next day we decided to not go. Instead of spending the evening at home I decided to meet my boyfriend and his friends and sit and grill outside which is what we did until it was dark and cold and we had to use mobile flashlights to try to find our way back to the car. It was a fun and sort of spontaneous evening, even if I did want to just spend the evening watching series or something, it was nice to do something different.  Because in the end there are many more days which you can spend watching series than you can spend sitting outside grilling and it's not freezing cold. Need to take the chance while you can during summer!!

Today is a new week, and I have my job interview on Wednesday and also going to my old high school tomorrow with my friends as well as my "secret thing" ;) so excited!!!  Monday is going to be spent doing a bunch of errands and such!! Have a great day everyone :)
