Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Productive Wednesday

Hello my lovely readers :)

I am currently sitting in my room which smells of paint and i am covered in paint - in my hair, on my face, legs, arms and hands! Thats what happens when you paint your room... so far 2 layers done and in a little while we will do the finishing touches! And then 'll let it dry and should be able to sleep in my room tonight :)
On my list of 101 things to do in 1001 days i have to redecorate my room, so this is the first step. The next step is to buy some new furniture and some paintings to hang up! It feels good redecoroating my room... we moved into the apartment in December and we have said that we will fix my room since then, but that's never happened so my room has just been a constant mess as i havent had anywhere to put my things as well as the walls being a very sad colour of yellow. But now the walls are white making the room feel and look bigger as well as alot brighter, so alot of positives!! :)

(Had to move my things to the middle of the room)

This morning i was also at the gym and it felt sooo good, those days of rest lead to increased strength and i felt so much stronger and also rested. It's easy to forget the importance of rest as working out is so much fun, but then after taking a few days rest and getting back into exercise again you realise what a differnce the rest made. Gives you more energy and your muscles feel rested and ready to work again! So that is another positive of the day :)

On a sidenote... who watches Pretty little liars? :) I watched the latest episode and i am excited for the season final next week.... so many theories and so much curiosity!!! Anyone else as excited as i am... i just want to know who A is now :):):) Hahah, ive watched the series since the beginning (2010 i think?) so its about time that you find out who A is :):)
