Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

If you have any questions leave them in the comment section as i am much quicker at answering there, otherwise you can always send an email:

On the boat back to Stockholm

At the moment i am sitting on the boat back to stockholm with music playing and my computer in my lap. I also have some snacks in the form of apples and tomatoes as well as a Celsius infront of me. (Which have now been eaten.) However i am struggling to finish the Celsius because it tastes absaloutly awful... usch, abit of a failure really, haha.

Though i am longing to pick up a package with TrueTransparency BCAA drinks, 2 flavours with caffeine and 2 with just BCAA. I am a BCAA lover and i cant wait to try these drinks :) If i like them they will be a standard part of my day, hahaha. I am going to write  areview about them once i try them, i am very excited! I am an ambassador for TrueTransparency, however i will be honest about what i think about them :) And hopefully the partnership will continue so that i can work demos and other things for their company. There is also a chance to be a fitnessmodel for their company and their drinks, so that is exciting... but it is just to see how things turn out :) Anyway... that was not what i was going to write about ;)

I now have 2 hours left on the boat, so i am going to spend this time answering emails as i have neglected that quite a bit.... so lots of emails to try to reply to. But i have 2 hours... or as long as my computer battery lasts anyway!! Feel free to comment with questions here on my blog and maybe i can get a chance to reply to them while on the boat as well :) (Also, if you have asked a question previously post them again as i have neglected comments for a while as well :/) But now i am back on track with emailing and comments... until i begin working and will need to have contact with clients via email and phone! But i am very excited about that :)

  1. When you say 'clients' it makes me super excited for you! Are you referring to becoming a nutritionist/Personal Trainer :)?

    1. Im going to be a health coach, so helping people with exercise and nutrition and being a motivator /contact for clients. :) so they can email or call me when they need help or motivation!

  2. I love BCAA too and consume it almost every day. I am SO jealous that you have so many cool products like that in sweden. Thats why I love to go shopping there, the products and the prices, but i never get the chance to anymore :( i dont think I've been to Sweden on almost 2 years. Agh. A website in norway just got NOCCO and Ive been ordering from them. but one single can is almost 40 NOK (+ shipping) and a tray (12 of them) is 500 NOK.insane, but I'm addicted! I purchased two trays this summer, even though the prices are insane, I put them in my fridge and went to the cabin. Guess what? My fridge broke during and the thermostat went crazy, so when I came home every single can (24!!) had started to freeze and exploded all over my fridge. not only did I loose 1000 NOK, i also lost 24 cans of BCAA. I literally wanted to cry. Anyways...
How does the true taste? better than NOCCO you think? (I've only tasted pear and strawberry/rhubarb,as they are the only flavors available on the website).
And congrats on being an ambassador. SO cool! :)

Have a nice Wednesday and stay positive :)
