Friday the 14th of August.
Woke up feeling positive and happy but then things went downhill. Low blood sugar, felt tired and hungry and I was like one dark storm cloud. Hahah. It didn't help that trains and buses were late and had to walk a few stations as public transport wasn't working. But I finally came home,made a quick lunch and then shortly after (like 2 hours later) made myself an afternoon snack:
Meringue Swiss casein, greek yoghurt wuth muslie, salted peanuts & a peach. Super delicious and filling. Gave me the energy which I had been lacking for the day!!
Today I have been both mentally and physically very active. So feeling the tiredness this evening after a long day. So to end this day it is snacks & series watching wuth my boyfriend, also an early nights sleep as we're both exhausted. And tomorrow it's race time at 10pm. I'm super nervous and excited! !!
Going to load up wuth Ben and jerrys before the race... I think im more excited for that, haha.
No in all honesty I am so excited for Tuesday. .... its all I can think about and just smile each time I do. I don't think I've ever wanted time to pass so quickly! !! Or well, the days before my graduation I wish time went quicker.
But it's important to live in the moment as well :)
