Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

If you have any questions leave them in the comment section as i am much quicker at answering there, otherwise you can always send an email: lifewithoutanorexia@hotmail.com

2 video posts

This morning i couldnt seem to get any words out of me, my brain said no. So instead i decided to make a video... just me talking, and also talking about emails and my blog. Kind of boring, so if you dont feel like watching that... i found a video/vlogg i had made while out on the island with my family.  I had planned to post it but the internet was so bad out on the island so i had forgotten about it... so you get to see it now instead :) Just me being me ;) haha

(p.s sorry for the weird angle of the camera all the time... its hard to hold a camera up all the time, and when i dont see where or what i am filming its even harder!)

  1. Thank you for this morning's video! I am sorry you have so much to struggle with at the moment, with tiredness, motivation, the overwhelming flood of emails etc, and so on. Please, please don't feel under pressure to reply to my comment last night on the "fulness" post about social eating .... I wish could un-comment it. You give so much just by sharing bits of your life and you don't need to do any more. You don't even have to do that, of course, though it is nice that you do. I hope you feel better soon. Please don't let the emails etc overwhelm you. Enjoy the race and the "freedom"!

    1. Don't worry about your comment :) no one should feel bad for asking questions or commenting. If I have time then I will answer it, if I don't then I won't. But it's when people complain that I don't answer then it'd tough. Haha. Thank you so much your comment means a lot to me!

    3. exactly! I was reading the lovely post from earlier this year about recovery, where you say that after recovery it is about creating a life you want to live. I love that phrase! Thank you for it. Please keep creating that life for yourself. It is lovely if we get to glimpse it, and in itself that is a joy and a motivation. But never let the blog compromise it rather than making it more whole. Take space and rest whenever you need. Sorry you are suffering just now. Love and hope. X.
