Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Over the border and in Finland

Today has been a day spent in the car.... All day. We had packed the tent and sat in the car by 7.30 am this morning and then my boyfriend drove and drove and drove. Taking one or two pauses to stretch our legs, drink an energy drink and then keep driving. I mostly sat and coloured while he drove.... We arrived at the first camping place around 4.45pm and after looking around we didn't like the place. So we continued driving, stopped to buy dinner and then arrived at the next camping place by 7.30pm. Set up the tent, gotten bitten by alot of insects and bugs and eventually sat down and ate dinner and some evening snacks. A long day in the car and my body is super stiff. Now we are somewhere in Finland. .. on the border of Sweden and Finland and we're not sure where we will go tomorrow or what our plan is. But for now we're going to wander around the place and then go to sleep early :) hope everyone is doing ok. :) :)
