Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

On the road

2,5 hours down and it isn't that bad.  The time has passed quickly, though we left early so it wasn't that warm yet. Now it's around 25 degrees and makes sitting in a car for long periods a little harder, but listening to good music,  air conditioner on and eating strawberries, it could be worse :)

The plans today are to stay in Sweden,  stay in some good camping place and then we'll see where we end up tomorrow :)

  1. Why do you eat so many protein bars and drink BCAAs? Is it because you're body building/strength training?

    1. Honest answer. .. Because I love them :) it's not necessary to drink BCAAs as often as I do, but I love the taste and I think protein bars are a great on the go snack. But otherwise I don't eat them so regularly. But yes, a high protein intake is important when yiu strength train :)

  2. Wow camping seems so exciting! I can't wait to see how your trip goes Izzy! Also, I LOVE the coloring papers you have. Sometimes it is such an amazing destresser AND you end up with something pretty.
