Hi!
ReplyDeleteI wrote a letter for you, but you didn't reply, so i writte my question here.
So:
There are a loads of girls, who recovered/in recovery. But they are not thin. There are a loads of them, who looks overweight, or unconditioned. But when you was in recovery you was beautiful and thin. How can they be unconditioned and a bit fat, and the others (you, Antonia Eriksson, etc.) can be thin and conditioned?
I am a bit worried that I will be unconditioned and fat after my recovery.
The second question is:
I am a compertitor athlete (long jump, 600 and 400 meters). It is summer, and I am in recovery, but I dont want to be unconditioned when the school and the training starting. So I am doing at least 30 minutes, maximum 1 hour exercise every day, And I am eating a loads of protein. It is good in recovery or not?
But I dont want to be lazy, and I ant to run as fast as i can before my recovery.
The third question:
I am worried that the others will notice me about my (7 kgs) weight gain. (In the scool, the trainers, the friends, adults, relatives, etc.)
What can I do then? Or will they be notice me at all? Or 7 kilograms weight gain is noticable at all?
Look forward to get your answers!
A sad girls in recovery
UI:sorry for my bad english, it is not my native language:)
You wrote that you didnt read for a long time. Buy a nice book (john green!!), read and enjoy the story. Or you buy a listography. It's so much fun! :)
