Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

If you have any questions leave them in the comment section as i am much quicker at answering there, otherwise you can always send an email: lifewithoutanorexia@hotmail.com

New week & positives of the day

New week and i have spent this Monday just doing basic things like cleaning the house, laundry, food shopping etc  The day has passed super fast even if i havent done so much and it hasnt felt like 'a waste of a day'. It might have been because my boyfriend came over for dinner today and my sister had invited 2 of her friends so it felt nice to eat with others and not just eat alone like usual. (Summer time = family do their own thing/are away).

This weeks plans are still unknown, meaning no plans but hopefully i will find something exciting to do. This week i will be alot on my own :/ So need to find something to do during the days... Please comment with your best ideas on what to do :) It would be very helpful!!!

This week i am also going to do my positives of the day... it was a long time since i did this, but i think it is good for both me and my readers. To focus on the positives :) So comment your positives of the day below!!

1) Its a new week
2) Got a compliment on my strength and technique at the gym today
3) My snack was A++
4) Marabou Creamy biscuit is in my top 5 chocolates and it was/is delicious!
5) I got to spend time with my boyfriend
6) Not eating dinner alone

(Protein fluff in a watermelon half, salted cashew nuts, chilli nuts, chocolate)

  4. Hi!

I wrote a letter for you, but you didn't reply, so i writte my question here.
    So:
There are a loads of girls, who recovered/in recovery. But they are not thin. There are a loads of them, who looks overweight, or unconditioned. But when you was in recovery you was beautiful and thin. How can they be unconditioned and a bit fat, and the others (you, Antonia Eriksson, etc.) can be thin and conditioned?
I am a bit worried that I will be unconditioned and fat after my recovery.

    The second question is:
I am a compertitor athlete (long jump, 600 and 400 meters). It is summer, and I am in recovery, but I dont want to be unconditioned when the school and the training starting. So I am doing at least 30 minutes, maximum 1 hour exercise every day, And I am eating a loads of protein. It is good in recovery or not?
But I dont want to be lazy, and I ant to run as fast as i can before my recovery.

    The third question:

I am worried that the others will notice me about my (7 kgs) weight gain. (In the scool, the trainers, the friends, adults, relatives, etc.)
What can I do then? Or will they be notice me at all? Or 7 kilograms weight gain is noticable at all?

Look forward to get your answers!
    A sad girls in recovery
