My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

New week and new goals

Good morning everyone :)

I can see on my stats that there have been less viewers recently, so i am hoping that means that 1) you dont need my help or advice anymore and 2) You are enjoying your summer (Or in the countries where its not summer, winter (?) ) :)

Its Monday and a new week today, only 11 more days of July left and Sweden still hasnt shown much signs of summer. We had 2 or 3 warm days but otherwise it has just been grey and rainy, not the summer i had expected or longed for at all. But weather is something you cant change or control so you just have to accept it and make the best of it :) Hoping for atleast a little bit of sun before it starts turning into autumn again.

But i digress, the weather really isnt the main topic here, but it seems that if you are a Swede you know how to talk about weather!! I thought i would write my goals for this week so i know what to focus on and have them in the back of my head  and also remind you to write some of your own goals if you find that works for you :)

1) Take care of my skin better. My skin care routine has been lacking and not really followed the past few weeks = taking the consequences. So now it's back on track and focus clear skin!!

2) Hair care!!!! Hahah my hair care has been non existent recently, but now i've bought some new products to try to keep it smooth and easily taken care of :) (I am one of those people who just puts my hair in a bun and refuses to accept that my hair is a mess!)

3) Keep my room clean 80% of the week atleast! After a while it is like you don't see the mess anymore, or in my case i think... no one else will see the mess so it's ok!!

4) Organize to meet my friends!! Most of them are back from their travelling, so hopefully a few want to meet up!

5) Decrease spending on food XD I dont spend alot of money but i mostly spend it on food. haha. But now i need to save up until i travel to Lisbon.

These are 5 goals i have for the week, i am sure i have more goals but these were the ones i could think of now anyway :)

    ooh and one of my goals this week is to tidy my room too have just moved 8 boxes of lego from my wardrobe to the loft so now theres loads of space! yippee! :) hope you are well Izzy! :) xxxx

      If it's gone that long and you haven't gotten a reply then resend it :) I don't think I remember seeing one from you... so it might have gotten deleted/disappeared or something :)

    1. Hahah yes! !! It's good in some ways but in other ways not.... cus like, you have no money afterwards! !

  3. Can you make a post with dinner/lunch/breakfast/nightsnack variations? Like could you post a few (maybe 3-4) pictures of different plates for meal inspiration? I know you post things often with meals, but you do eat quite similar things in those pictures. Hope you understand what I'm asking :)
