Omelette with toast (this can also be had as a snack!)

French toast:

Toast with egg, vegetables, etc (the burgers might not be so breakfast-y... but the bread and eggs is!)

Fruit salad:

Banana ice cream with topings (p.s the more bananas the better - or so i've heard ;))

Lunch/dinner:
Open faced veggie quesadilla (link)


Stuffed bellpeppers - can add quinoa/couscous/bulgur/different types of cheeses etc

Grilled sandwiches:

Skewers: Can use chicken/salmon/tofu etc and veggies - add some marinade and grill (can put in oven as well!) & combine with a delicious sauce and maybe some rice :)

Burgers in pita bread (Make chicken/fish/tofa/meat/chickpea/carrot burgers) put in pita bread with veggies and sauce. (Can recommend avocado and cottage cheese as two delicious fillings in the pita bread combined with the burger!)

Snacks:
Chunky Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough!

Chia pudding: (If you google you will find a recipe but its super simple to make though a bit of an acquired taste. Some like it, some dont... its sort of like jelly!)

Small sandwich "roll ups" :

Home made bread with toppings:
