Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

First full day of camping and enjoying the freedom of nature

Hello :)
I've now spent my first night sleeping in a tent as well as my first day camping and you know what? I really enjoy it!!! It's so refreshing and free. To just sit outside in the sun, to lie on the grass and do some colouring. Listen to good music, run in the forest. I love it so much. I love the city life but I also like this freedom and it really feels like summer, it's definitely a way to destress. Though next week it is going to be bad weather and raining, so not sure how much fun camping will be then. It's more fun when it's sun and you don't have to sit in the tent all the time....

Today we did alot of driving,  trying to find this trail which we could hike. And when we finally found it, it was alot shorter than expected. We then continued the driving into a very small town which resembled a ghost town. All the shops and cafes were closed and there were barely any people.... felt a little creepy to be there.  ^-^
To end our day we bought  a one time grill and I ate falafels with strawberries, cocktail tomatoes and cottage cheese while my boyfriend ate meat :) and then as a night snack strawberries with vanilla soy milk, cottage cheese etc  a delicious  way to end the day!!

So far i like camping,  though a week will be enough time and I am slightly longing to come home again. But it's just to enjoy each day :)
