Life without Anorexia
My motto is 'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'
My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.
I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.
I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Change of plans and a positive Sunday
The day is coming to an end and with tired eyes im thinking about the past few hours with a smile on my face!! Despite there being a change in plans i have had a really positive day!!
As mentioned in my previous post my boyfriend and I had planned to go wallclimbing today but once we got to the place it turned out that it was full and there were no time slots left. That put a little damper on our plans but we returned to the car and thought out a new plan... either bowling or go cart, and because i am a little scared to do go cart we decided to go bowling, only to arrive at the place and realise it was closed. So once again we returned to the car and thought out a plan, which resulted in our standard Sunday activities which is snacks and series watching. But i can't complain, those are two things i love and if i can do it with someone else that is even better!!
Because i love snacks and i can never make food in a normal amount i decided to go all out and buy a bunch of different snacks which would last us the few hours we sat watching the series! Below you see our snacks:
We also finished the series we have been following the past few weeks (its an anime series) and the ending left me kind of shocked.... like when you finish a good book and you dont know what to do with yourself anymore. You dont want the story to be over and you long for the story to keep going!! Its a good feeling, to finally get to the end but at the same time you just arent ready for it to be over yet!! haha.
Tomorrow is a new week and it's getting closer and closer to August and autumn, scary how quickly time flies!! But i am going to sit down and make a list of goals for next week, keep me focused and motivated!!! :)
How has your Sunday been? :)
