My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Topic suggestions & questions

Good morning! !

Now that I am more free and not busy with school work - just busy living life.  I might have time for more helpful and advice posts!

So I thought I would ask if you have any topic suggestions?.
Or would you like me to do any weekly segments like what I ate Wednesday?  Thursday finds? Talk back Tuesday? Etc etc

Are if you want my view on certain things or want more thought /personal posts, more snack/meal insoirations/recipes? Or maybe you have a question which I haven't answered and can instead answer in a post:)

It would be great if you could comment if you do have something you want me to write more about/less about, change, include certain things, exclude certain things etc  :) :)


  1. I really like the personal posts about what you did in the day and all the photos like if you bought something/ made a nice meal. But a random question, what subjects did you take in high school?

  2. Yes! WIAW is a great idea!
    I remember last summer - there were PLENTY of posts every day! You've written a lot and that would be awesome if you could do that again this summer :) About everything! To know you better!
    It will be your "freedom" time so take it at it is! Everything will be fab what comes from YOU Izzy! You are the best <3

    I would also love some personal/advice posts. Like how/when did you set your mind on recovery and keep fighting for recovery? and when did you started feeling recovered?

    I want more recipes and food inspirations, and suggestions for the recovery. And a post about How will I thinking about food and calories after recovery? And is a "bad recovery" possible? When you gain the weight, but your mind not change? And a post about eating high calorie and NOT HEALTHY foods without anxiety, because i can eat healthy AND high calorie foods, but I am scared of UNHEALTHY and high calorie ones

    I want more tips for recovery and mind change, and a post about How much weight gain is visible?
    And a post about the weight gain in general, because (like the other ED) i am scared of it. And How much do you eat after recovery weight gain?
    Because i think i won't eat less than the recovery weight gain foods, because i feel i need it. And dont say: you will exercising with this food, beause i am a competitite athlete, and i didn't stop the sport in the recovery.
    And pls write a post about the plus snacks. When you eat your morning snack after the breakfast, and you are (not necessary hungry) but one of your friend gives you something sweet, and you are not qant to eat it, but you are dont want to be rude. What do you do/ do you think in this times?

  8. Hi izzy! I enjoy all your posts that you write. Do you have any advice on body image- I haven't worn jeans for about 5 years because it makes me so uncomfortable and fat. I also spend all my time wearing baggy trackpants and large thermal tops because my body image is so terrible.
    How did you deal with others around you dieting and losing weight eg: my mum and she expects me to keep gaining and having extra fortisips.

  9. How to deal with living with someone who also has an ED, but im trying to recover and they are very sick and very triggering for me, but I cannot move anywhere else

  10. What I ate Wednesday! I know I shouldnt compare to what others eat but it just gives me strength and idk...helps me think that I can can eat all thag too. Plus it always looks delicious!!

I also love the ED recovery problems posts you do with the moving clips of images, they're always great! Enjoy your living your life for now! XX
