Good morning from a half tired girl in Sweden!
Today I have a 10km race/run which I am half excited for. It's not one of those big hyped races which I've been super excited for, I'm only running it because I'm doing this sort of "running tour" where I need to run several races and then I have a final race in October and if I have run all the previous races I think I get this diploma thing and a medal (maybe). And my half marathon was part of this tour so now I'm running the rest of the races as well!
But because I haven't been super excited for this race it feels like just a normal 10k which is good. Neither nervous or super excited! However my legs are feeling a little heavy and a blocked nose combined with running in the middle of the day in 19-22 degrees I believe it might be a tough run! But also... no one at the finish line. Hahhaah. I love when I run races and know that I have someone standing there at the finish line. But I will be running races for the rest of my life and I run them for myself so in the end it doesn't really matter anyway, haha!! :)
Now I'm loading up with breakfast and lots of water to make sure I'm hydrated enough!
This evening it's bbq time and maybe even take another swim in a lake!! XD
I wish you all a great day! P.s I am going t try to make some time to write about the topics you requested soon! ! :)
I would love to hear about your time if your willing to share ! ☺
ReplyDeleteComing up later today :)
DeleteGood luck for your race/run! Xx
ReplyDeleteThank you!! :)
DeleteI laughed at your nervousness about running in the "heat" 19-22 degrees. Come run in QLD, where in Summer (November to February/March) its 30 degrees by 7am :P
