My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Rainy day = cinema day!

Sunday, the day of relaxation and just doing whatever you feel like!! Kind of nice really :)

How have you spent your Sunday? :) Dont be afraid to comment, its nice to hear about your day as i always write about my days... whether you want to read about it or not i like writing about my days. Thinking about what i have done and all the good things that have happened. Thinking about the positives :)

Maybe i will start with another positive challenge? If any other bloggers want to join in or just for myself and my readers to really be positive :) Because trust me a positive mindset changes ALOT.  Being negative and just thinking of the negatives and complaining doesnt make anything better.

Anyway, that is not what i was going to write about here. :) Today it has been rainy and grey days where you just want to spend it indoors. Instead we decided to go to a shopping centre where we ate lunch (and i ate one of the most delicious salads i have eaten in a cafe!! Turkey, cottage cheese, avokado, chickpeas, watermlon, olives, bread etc sooo good!) and then we saw the film Jurassic World in 3D. I have never been a huge fan of Jurrassic park, but i have seen the movies so i thought why not?
  And the effects were good and in general the film was ok, but was it amazing? Not really... i mean there wasnt so much of a story or plot to it. It was just dinnosaurs really? A 2,5/5. Also on a sidenot, the 3D wasnt anything amazing... not sure if it was my glasses or if the 3D just wasnt so 'in your face' as it is in other movies. :)

Then home for tacos and chocolate!!! And tomorrow its back to work for my boyfriend and i will dedicate my day to watching OITNB - finally!! hahaha. Secretly hoping for bad weather tomorrow so i can just lay indoors all day!! :)

Anyway, that was all for my update. A useless update really -_- But i dont have much better to write at the moment!! XD

Stay strong everyone, keep fighting. Set up POSITIVE AND HEALTHY goals for yourself and know you can achieve them. Fight the bad thoughts and fight for a healthy and happy life, because you are worth it :)

Because i can tell you... chocolate, tacos, spontaneous, resting... just living life without having this constant fear and anxiety over food or what you might be made to eat... that is not a life. That is tiresome and just surviving... fight for balance. Not overeating or binging and not restrictive either. It takes time, but you can do it!!

    I read a really good book (the rosie project), we had a barbecue and I was doing yoga. I am officially healthy now and I feel so free and full of life, every day. Thank you for your blog, for your support and sharing your thoughts, ideas and struggles.

      Ohh that makes me so happy to hear :) I am proud of you! And the important thing is that you FEEL happy and healthy. That you feel the difference and know where you want to be (I. E healthy not sick!) :)

  3. Today have been sorta weird, but good I guess. Woke up to sunshine here in Norway, went for my morning walk with my dog and ate breakfast. I was planning to go for a run in the forest (which I do pretty much every other day, and almost every sunday) but since my brother and his fiancée decided to stop by (they live in a different town,so i dont see them that much) I decided to go for a hike with my mum later and spend the day with them instead. I did a workout at home before they arrived, as I had mentally prepared to work out. During my "cool down" jog I swallowed a huge bug. Not pleasant. Haha. Then the whole family walked down town to have lunch, something that happens once in a decade, so that was nice. After that I ate dinner, made ice cream to put in the freezer so it would be ready for night time snack and then went for a nice forest hike with my mum. She's my best friend so we just talked about everything for hours. It was nice. The weird/hard/sucky thing about today was to put stuff I've gotten from my boyfriend over the last two years in boxes. Everything reminds me of him today, and it hurts a little (a lot). after trying so hard for so long we came to the conclusion that we had to break up, because of distance. Norway-Canada is just too far. It is so much more painful than i thought it would be. We were together for two years.... I dont really know why i am telling you this, as I am sure it is not interesting to you at all, but, hey, you asked about my day. ;)
    BUT, I've worked out, I have gone for a nice hike and I have had a "family day" - most positives! :)

    By the way, I was going to send you an email again, Ive done it before. (when I was in Canada with my bf, if you remember :)). Is it ok, or do you think it is more stressful to get emails? Hope you had a nice day and that you are enjoying the start if your holiday! :)

    1. Naaaw I'm sorry about your boyfriend :( but it's great that you are seeing the positives!! And great that you could change things around with your exercise. ... to priortize life before exercise, because that is important. And doing something such as a hike with yiur mum is great! ! Sounds like so much fun :) and it was nice to read about your day!!

  5. I'm sorry for having to skim through bad movies!

    My Sunday was neat. Somehow in the world I managed to write seven pages of good plot, had a succulent run and cut off the disturbing dry ends of hair (and now they curl up even more, which I love). I've had a chance to question if I really have been myself, I'm on my summer break and have done more than any day this past school year.

    Oh, I played some Rayman 2 as well! What a nostalgic piece of grind-gearer. So, it couldn't have been better.

I think its funny because I feel like we always have the same weather and were on opposite sides of the ocean haha Yesterday it rained a lot too but it wasn't that bad because I went for a run in the rain :p I hate the beginning of getting wet but once I am then it's a lot of fun! Besides that I just relaxed and watched movies all day which I think I'll do again today since it's all dark and dreary again...I hope you have a good day and get to watch oitnb!

      The initial getting wet from the rain is the most unpleasant but after that it's fun! Until you begin to really freeze, but luckily it wasn't cold when I ran :) and sounds like a lovely day!! :)
