Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Nike womens 10km run Sweden

This evening it's time to run the Nike womens run here in Sweden! I've followed people online who have run the race in other countries and it seems like so much fun!!! I am a little nervous as usual when it comes to races... i begin wondering whethering my legs can carry me the whole way... what happens if i cant breathe etc etc But i just need to remind myself that i can run. I know i can run and the important thing, I enjoy running. Races are no different than taking a normal run... and if it does happen that i struggle with breathing (i can feel in my lungs that running is going to cause them to work extra hard today and make it hard to breathe) then its just to walk!

Anyway, I am excited and that is what i wanted to say :)

^^Afternoon snack today :)

  1. When you post pictures like that, do you eat all of it? Like the whole bar of chocolate and pot of nuts? Or do you just pick at it? X

    1. With the chocolate and nuts I never know how much I will eat of those and it doesn't really matter tl others how much of it I eat. But for example yesterday, I ate all the nuts and more and 4 big squares of the chocolate as well as all the fruit and the raw bite :)
