Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

If you have any questions leave them in the comment section as i am much quicker at answering there, otherwise you can always send an email: lifewithoutanorexia@hotmail.com

  1. Hahhaaa! :D Such a great idea doing this and these are all doable. So just get started :) By the way I once looked into races in New York and there are a lot of them. No need to run even a half marathon.
A question. What would you do on a all nighter?

    Enjoy the midsummer :D

  2. I like this post :) My bucket list looks very similar to yours. I am planning on hiking a lot of mountains this summer (although i do that year around) and I want to go bungee jumping, river rafting and skydiving. If you want to come to norway you are very welcome to stay with me, haaha. we can go on a roadtrip and check things of our bucket lists; climb mountains, go running, you can crack an egg on my head and throw a pie in my face(because that actually sounds fun!!!) haha. and so much more. I have nothing to do all summer than to enjoy Norway, hike and work out - doesn't sound too bad though :) Oh and also, I usually go to Italy or Greece every year, when you have experienced real italian pizzas on real italian pizza restaurants you never want to eat pizza anywhere else again! nothing can compare.Haha. My brother is actually getting married in Italy next summer, and of course they have chosen italian pizza as their midnight snack at the wedding party. Cant wait! :) anyways. The offer still stands if you want to come to norway and hang out :) haha. Just bring me some delicious Keso and I'll be super happy!craving it soooo bad. hahah. Hugs from Tonje (the girl who just broke up with her Canadian bf and is supposed to send you an email soon, she just hasn't gotten around to it yet.)
