The train left at 11.28am this morning and it was expected to take 4 hours but there was a 45 minut delay so we arrived around 4/4.15 pm. The journey wasnt too bad, except that it was extremely warm and i felt like i was burning up from the inside out. So 2 Nocco drinks, a cola zero and a liter water was drank as well as a delicious salad which left me feeling very full.
Once we arrived in Gothenburg it was just to start wandering around and try to find the hotel. When we were wandering to the hotel all i wanted to do was smile because i just felt so happy. I actually thought about the fact that i havent gotten any anxiety about this trip. Usually before travelling i get some anxiety as i dont like sleeping away from home and other things. But i havent felt anything negative about this trip i have just been looking forward to it :) And it feels so great to feel this way :)
When we got to the hotel we checked in and then just lay down feeling tired even though we hadnt done so much the whole day... but travelling just takes so much energy!
This evening we're going to go out for dinner and then maybe look around the hotel or look around Gothenburg :)
In this post i also wanted to mention how happy i feel and how, a few years ago this would never have been possible. Having to eat out in restaurants, sleep somewhere else from home and give up control, but also not be able to constantly exercise would have meant that this type of trip wouldnt hvae been possible. Also the fact that there would be no way i could have had a relationship when i was sick as i was so stuck in my routines and habits and a boyfriend was the last thing on my mind.
Life is worth it and life can get better if you make it better!!! :) Fight for YOUR goals and dreams. Do what makes YOU happy.... even if its tough sometimes and it takes time, it is worth it once you do feel happy!!!
How do you make your pink protein fluff and which powder do you use? :)
ReplyDeleteI don't recommend anyone trying to gain weight making proteinfluff as it's the opposite of what you need. But I use 1,5 dl casein, 1-2dl frozen berries, milk and egg whites. And I use body science casein :)
DeleteI spy a sneaky boyfriend picture ;). After just getting back from a weekend trip - and many previous ones - I can agree that yes, traveling can make you seriously tired. Even more so than being active all day.

DeleteI love the necklace!!! my wardrobe consist of 90% nike, so its basically all I wear.i think i own like one pair of jeans and have a dress somewhere. otherwise its all nike. Haha. so proud and jealous of you for getting to run the nike race. That would be a dream of mine! :) I Love the Nocco drinks, is the only energy drink i really like. But i have to order them online as they dont have them in norway. So expensive! I've only tasted the pear one. and strawberry/rhubarb. Are the other ones good? Man, sweden has all my favorite foods; Keso, kvarg, Nocco etc. and so much more.and so much cheaper. So lucky. I need to go across border on a shopping spree again soon. I just hate driving far alone :/ .... anyways, hope you have an awesome trip with your boyfriend! :)
