My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Today is a good day!!

Despite falling up the stairs and scraping up my knee and my hand as well as dropping everything every 10 minutes... today has been a good day!

I'm not feeling stressed and my body is thanking me for that by 1) not being bloated... the first time in weeks, or so it feels. As well as this super hunger.. and not just boredom or usual hunger, but like a... 'metabolism is on fire' type of hunger. (Sounds strange, but i can tell the difference between normal hunger, hormonal hunger, bored hunger, extreme hunger etc) I love this feeling when its like... 'i can eat everything' type of hunger! XD
  So when i came home the first thing i did was start mixing and fixing to make a snack. Caseinfluff (1,5scoop casein, roughly 1dl egg whites, roughly 1,5-2dl frozen berries, some milk and then in the electric mixer for 5+ minutes), bread with spread, salted peanuts, walnuts and chocolate! I actually made waffles as well, though the mixture became too watery and so it didnt turn into waffles at all so had to throw it away :( So instead i ate the bread!!



This evening i have bought myself a new gym card (or well, pay monthly!) as my gym card expires this week. I wasnt sure whether to continue at the same gym or whether to change to the one my sister goes to... and i decided to change. The one i will be going to now is more modern and fresh, however its not as close to my school... so i'll see how i figure things out with that, whether i begin going after school or will just have to be super time effective when i do morning workouts. Though as school is almost finished and the last two weeks loads of lessons will be cancelled and then its my summer break!

I have also paid for 2 races i will run this summer... and there are a few more i am planning on signing up to!! So much fun!

As you can tell my economic prioritizations are food and training, hahaa. I spend very little on normal clothes or other things, but i spend alot on food either buying snacks/drinks/cafe/restaurants/cravings etc etc
We all have our favourite things in life and things we priortize a little more, and those two things are mine!! :)

    Hope you didn´t hurt yourself in the stairs? :(
    Your snacks look really delicious. I would very much like to try casein fluff ;) Is it expensive?
    Maybe a fresh new gym is a nice change, kind of gives new energy in training :)

    1. I did get a big bruise and cut on my knee as well as scraping up my hand... but i've had worse! ahah
      Thank you :) Casein isnt too expensive, it depends what bran you buy though.... i use a brand called 'body science' and it is cheap but super delicious :)

  2. now when you mention money and food could you do a post about it - i just moved out and have begun my studies so have to cut my food budget. i live in denmark so guess the prices are very much the same. also i am going to spend 3 weeks in sweden this summer but don't have that much money. do you have suggestions on which labels to go for in your contry to save money? (especially diary as I can eat loads of that! ) hope you will do the post but only if you feel for it an got the time :) love these types of every day posts btw!

  3. Do you eat the egg white raw or do you cooked it or baked it actually?
    Because I want to try your oatmeal, but I dont know, what you use to? Could you write, how do you do it^^

    1. I add raw egg white into the oatmeal :) It would be kind of hard to add an already cooked egg/egg whitee!!

      I make my oatmeal by using 1,5dl oatmeal, water, roughly 1-3egg whites, some psyllium husk (though this isnt necessary - but if you use it you need lots more water) and then mixing while on the stove :)
