Whats the best thing about Sundays? The long breakfast/brunches! I love taking my time in the morning, eating a big breakfast and feeling ready for the day :) Today however i had invited all my friends over for brunch at my place where it was also a chance for them to meet my boyfriend!
It took about 90 minutes prep but it was worth it because it all turned out delicious and must say... a little proud of myself (and of course my boyfriend helped as well :))!
Pancakes made by my step dad (he makes the best ones!!), croissants, scones (You can find the recipe HERE - They were super good :)), bread, crisp bread, fruit, strawberries, bread toppings, yoghurt, muslie, tea, coffee, bacon etc By the end of it we were all full and satisfied!! It was such a lovely morning, to eat a delicious breakfast with the people closest to me!! This weekend has just been perfect! Feels like one of the best weekends really and one im in one of those periods where i am just so thankful to be alive and just feel so happy!! :) It really is nice :) However, now onto some not nice things... studying. Havent had time for it this weekend so now i need to sit down and get some work done!!

After a 5 year struggle with anorexia (with purging tendencies), depression, self harm and over exercising I have now been recovered for 4 years and i use my blog to help others in the same situation i once was. I am now a happy and positive person who wants to inspire those struggling to choose recovery and to take control over life and happiness again!

Life without Anorexia
My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.
I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.
I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Oh my goodness, I need to have this brunch with my friends! That all looks (and sounds) so amazing! I feel ya on the study thing. I haven't had the chance today and I feel (mildly) bad about it. Ha, not really. Hope your studying went well! :D
