Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

I am a generally happy girl who loves running, going to the gym and eating food!! Though my life has been very different.
I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia & purging tendencies & over exercising. I was depressed and self harmed. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
After alot of struggles, lots of ups and downs, suicide attempts, tears, anxiety, panic and never thinking i would be healthy.
I am now declared healthy from anorexia nervosia.

I have been blogging for 4 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I am happy and healthy and living my life. Going to school, meeting friends and trying to find myself in this world.

I write about my daily life, but also try to write posts about how it was when i was sick, advice and tips.
I am open and friendly, so dont be scared about writing a post or sending me an email at:

Personality Test - ISTJ

Yesterday i did the Jung Typology Personality test where there were 72 Yes/No questions to answer which would then then tell you your personality as well as information about that type of personality.
You can find the test HERE (its an online free one)

My results was the ISTJ (Introvert, Sensing, Thinking, Judging)  and what it said about this type of personality actually described me pretty well! (read below)

I may be quite 'boring' by wanting to do the same things, living a comfortable life, but that has got to do with control issues. I believe my eating disorder was also a cause of control issues, wanting to control my life through food and exercise. And now I like having control by planning, doing things the same, having my routines and habits. But since meeting my boyfriend i have been alot more spontanaeous and not as much planning or always doing things the same. So that is slowly changing, learning to be more spontaneous which can definitely be good for me :) But now i also learn maybe why i like having things the same, it is a comfort, but also its part of my personality!

There was also more information as well as 'suitable jobs/careers' and how to better improve your performance and such!
An interesting thing to do..... so if you have the free time, it might be fun/interesting to do. See if the results actually fit you!! :)

  1. I got the same result as you

  2. I've done several tests like these and the result is always INTJ (though maybe once the last one was P). I feel attached to that definition and I'm quite proud of all the features; slight arrogance is actually one of the tendencies. If I have the urge to be a wannabe-autistic artist-scientist then so be it! I feel pride for being ran by rationalism - may it, too, be based on feelings on some level - even if it makes my life a bit an overload at times. I'm very aware of myself and always ready improve even socially.

  3. INTJ Introvert(78%) Intuitive(50%) Thinking(25%) Judging(33%). Did this a while ago, had the same result))) The description basically fits me)))
