Today the pain in my legs is crazy!! Especially my quads and i feel it in my calves when i walk... good thing i am no longer a cardio addict like before (when i forced myself to do cardio no matter weather, mood, energy - this was several years ago though ;)). Now it was just a strength training session at the gym which felt awesome as now when my race is over i want to focus more on strength again, though of course running when i get the chance - need to continue with the long distance to keep improving. But also letting my body rest is important :)
Then it was school for the next several hours where i managed to send in an assignment which in my own opinion is one of the worst essays i have written in my whole 3 years at the school :( I just didnt have the time or energy to make it better. But hopefully it is acceptable anyway! I also had a maths test which went ok, but once again, i havent had the time to study the past week and this weekend i have barely had time as well. Hard to find time for everything at the moment, but trying my best with the 24 hours i have each day.
After school my mum picked me up as we had some errands to run, then home to eat followed by more food and now relax time!!! Tomorrow is another school week with even more assignments due XD
