Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

18 things mentally strong people do

Beauty Tutorial: 4 Ways to Use the Naked Basics Palette
I cannot begin to tell you how true this has been for me. #Life #Recovery #MentalHealth
I know I need help. I have hurt people and never intended to. And that I can't live with cause I hurt the most important person in my life and I have lost her. I can't do this alone. So nervous and scared yet hopefully to be going to pine lodge tomorow. I know it's gonna be tough but so what I need. I surrender cause my way isn't working for me.

  1. Great post!, I love your blog, I honestly don't know how you manage to write so many good posts! xx

    1. Thank you so much! :) That is so sweet of you!

  2. Really good post. I think about this a lot. Like, I'm really thankful for all my struggles bc they made me who I am, and I'm really content with that person. I feel like most successful people fail and what makes them strong is that they just keep going bc they are sure if themselves and know what they want. The Forbes list at the beginning is so true.

    1. Exactly, i feel the same way! And i love the first photo - i feel i can relate to alot of them :):)

  3. Fantastic post, you've made me feel so empowered. You're a superstar, you really are Izzy! X
