It's 8.30pm here in Sweden and it's my first time using the computer today - crazy i know. I cant even remember when it went a whole 24 hours since using my computer. Though of course as internet and social media is accessible from the mobile i have still been slightly connected, but not in the same way. As i was going to an 'afterwork' dinner and mingle with A and his work friends i decided to leave my computer and home and then if i slept at A's place just manage without a computer. (So the posts this morning were scheduled!)
The afterwork was fun yesterday even if i didnt feel 100% energetic at the time, all i really wanted to do was sleep and felt that i didnt really fit in as i dont know anybody. But i made the best of the situation and even though i had low energy i tried to enjoy myself as best i could!
I then headed back to A's place where we finally got back sometime after 12!
Then this morning i started my day with sunshine and a podcast while out in nature followed by breakfast with A. We then decided to take a super chill and relaxed day by driving to his parents house and using their sauna and jacuzzi which was where we spent 4-5 hours and ended up looking like raisins afterwards!!

I hope you have all had a lovely day :)
****I will be be back to replying to emails sometime next week - hopefully. But for now, if you have comments/questions it is best that you ask on my blog as i dont have so much time to reply to lots of personal questions/emails at the moment. I hope you all have understanding for that! I do try my best to help everyone, but at the moment with a huge amount of studying which needs to be done, family/friends/boyfriend to spend time with, my own time, workouts and my blog & other social media it can be hard to find the time to reply to every email i recieve. So its best to first off search my blog or comment on my blog and it should be quicker to get an answer/reply :) ***
Spending time away from social media is definitely a great thing to do once in a while. It's okay to take some time away from the blog, we understand:) On a random note, the real life RD did a great post today labeled "What is your body's natural set point?" She brings a lot of balance in her posts and this one was no exception.
